A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic PA*Office Manager to work for a small but fast growing mobile technology company based in the West End. They are looking for someone to start on a temp-perm basis, therefore must be available immediately. The role is very fast paced and varied, therefore they are looking for someone who can handle a demanding and pressurised environment, duties include: - General PA duties, PowerPoint presentations, diary management, booking meetings, taking minutes, travel arrangements, booking conferences etc - Office Manager duties, purchasing office equipment, setting up business accounts with various suppliers, office move etc. - Admin duties, being the first point of contact for the company, preparing meeting rooms, filing etc. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2*3yrs in a similar position, have excellent knowledge of all MS Office packages and be confident, have excellent communications skills and be very pro-active. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants a busy and challenging role who will always be kept on their toes.
